Carol Vorderman is a glamorous 40-something UK television presenter, who has co-hosted one of the UK’s favourite and longest-running daytime television quiz programmes – Countdown – since it began many moons ago. She also hosts the annual Pride Of Britain Awards on TV, and it is through these awards that I met her in October 2007.
Carol is a walking advertisment for this detox diet, as she looks absolutely stunning!
